The company is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from product misuse or issues beyond the value of the purchased item. Refund Policy 

At Ishie Collections, your satisfaction matters most. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 3 days of delivery. Please ensure the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Returns will not be accepted if the product is damaged, altered, or shows signs of wear.

Once we receive and quality-check the returned product, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Refund Method – Refunds are credited back to the original payment method (no cash refunds unless specified).

  • Refund Timeline – Usually processed within 7–10 business days after quality approval.

  • Non-Returnable Items – Mention items that can’t be returned (e.g., innerwear, accessories, sale items if applicable).

  • Shipping Responsibility – Clarify whether return shipping cost is borne by the customer or the company.
